About Course on POSH Act

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 is a mandatory compliance law for every workplace in India.

Beyond being a statutory requirement, POSH is crucial for creating a safe, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment. This course provides a clear, practical, and legally accurate understanding of POSH law, covering the legal framework, employer duties, complaint and inquiry procedures, committee constitution, and policy drafting.
